We’re clearing Shenandoah’s air.

Whether you’re standing atop Old Rag Mountain or camping at Big Meadows, Shenandoah is an incredible place to visit. But nearby coal plants cloud some of the park’s most striking Blue Ridge views with toxic air pollution. Together with our members, we called for new rules to clear the smog and soot from Shenandoah’s air. In August, the EPA finalized new rules to do just that.
